Overview
DollarBillCali Publishing uses authorized platform connections to help manage publishing and analytics for social media accounts that have been explicitly connected by their authorized owner or administrator.
Information We Access
Depending on the permissions granted by the account owner, the application may access account identifiers, channel or page information, publishing status, content identifiers and performance metrics required to provide publishing and analytics functionality.
How We Use Information
Information obtained through connected platform APIs is used only to operate requested publishing, account-management and analytics functions. We do not use platform authorization to access unrelated personal information.
Google and YouTube Data
When a user authorizes Google or YouTube access, DollarBillCali Publishing uses the granted permissions only for the functionality requested by that user, including publishing authorized content and retrieving permitted performance information.
Meta Platform Data
When Facebook or Instagram accounts are connected, granted permissions may be used to publish authorized content and retrieve information necessary for permitted account and content-management functions.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data obtained through connected platform APIs. Information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the requested service, comply with law, protect the service, or communicate with the platform APIs selected by the user.
Data Security
Access credentials and authorization tokens are treated as sensitive information and are intended to be stored using restricted application configuration rather than publicly exposed in source code.
Data Retention and Revocation
Authorization can be revoked through the applicable Google, YouTube, Facebook or Instagram account settings. Data that is no longer required for the requested service may be removed in accordance with operational and legal requirements.
